These Terms & Conditions apply to all catering services provided by Roam Catering.<\/p>

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

<\/p>

1. Bookings & Confirmation<\/h3>

A booking is confirmed only once:<\/p>

  • A written quotation has been accepted<\/li>
  • Any required deposit has been paid

    <\/li><\/ul>

    We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.<\/p>


    2. Deposits & Payments<\/h3>
    • Deposits may be required to secure event dates.<\/li>
    • Final balances must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>
    • Late payments may incur additional charges.<\/li><\/ul>


      For recurring corporate services, payment terms will be agreed in advance.

      <\/p>

      3. Cancellations<\/h3>

      Cancellation terms may vary depending on event size and notice given.<\/p>

      Typical structure:<\/p>

      • 30+ days prior: Deposit non-refundable<\/li>
      • 14\u201330 days: 50% of booking value payable<\/li>
      • Less than 14 days: 100% payable

        Specific terms will be outlined in your quotation.

        <\/p>

        4. Guest Numbers<\/h3>

        Final guest numbers must be confirmed by the agreed deadline. Charges will be based on confirmed numbers.<\/p>


        5. Dietary Requirements<\/h3>

        It is the client\u2019s responsibility to provide accurate dietary information prior to the event.<\/p>

        While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

        <\/p>

        6. Venue Access & Setup<\/h3>

        Clients must ensure:<\/p>

        • Adequate access for catering vans<\/li>
        • Sufficient space for setup<\/li>
        • Power supply if required (where agreed)

          <\/li><\/ul>

          We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or inadequate site preparation.

          <\/p>

          7. Compliance & Safety<\/h3>

          All Roam Catering units:<\/p>

          • Hold appropriate food hygiene certification<\/li>
          • Are fully insured<\/li>
          • Can provide RAMS documentation upon request

            <\/li><\/ul>

            We comply with relevant food safety legislation.

            <\/p>

            8. Force Majeure<\/h3>

            We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, venue cancellations or government restrictions.

            <\/p>

            9. Liability<\/h3>

            Our liability is limited to the total value of the booking.<\/p>

            We are not responsible for:<\/p>

            • Third-party venue issues<\/li>
            • Guest conduct<\/li>
            • Loss or damage outside our reasonable control

              <\/li><\/ul>

              10. Branding & Promotional Use<\/h3>

              Where agreed, we may brand catering vans for corporate activations. Use of client logos must be authorised in writing.<\/p>

              Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to use event photography for promotional purposes.

              11. Governing Law<\/h3>
